I am committed to ensure the safety and well-being of every client and patient under my care.
In alignment with the guidelines established by the General Medical Council (GMC) and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), I kindly inform all individuals seeking treatment that services are available exclusively to those over the age of 18 and who are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding. These measures are in place to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all treatments provided.
Cancellation Policy
Mutual respect between provider and patient is a fundamental part of the care and service I provide at odNOVA. To ensure the highest level of professionalism and service, I have implemented a clear cancellation policy that applies to all appointments, including reviews.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
Reschedule or cancellation terms are included in the confirmation email you received at the time of booking, or in the reminder emails you will receive leading up to your session. Both emails contain easy links to manage your appointment in just a few clicks.

Cancellation Fee/ No show: The booking fee is non-refundable.

Booking Fee: The booking fee is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice but remains non-refundable.

Fees

To confirm your appointment a booking fee will be charged on your debit/credit card entered in the booking system

Booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

If you need to reschedule, please modify the appointment by using the 'reschedule' option that you find in the confirmation and reminder emails that you have received.
Polite request
I kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Punctuality ensures that you receive the full duration and benefits of your treatment, allowing me to provide the high-quality care you deserve.
Please note that late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment session, as I strive to maintain the integrity of set schedule and provide excellent service to all clients.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, I will need to reschedule your session. In such cases, the booking fee will be lost.

After treatment
After each treatment, you'll receive an email with detailed directions on how to care for your skin and prevent any unwanted side effects.
